So helpful. I was struggling to book a wheelchair access taxi a week in advance, phoning around all morning. Thankfully I came across this company - the owner could not have been more helpful. He explained that they were not yet operating but offered great advice and linked me in with possible taxi services. Within 10 minutes I had contacted a company from his list of suggested operators and made a grafeful booking. Thank you.

"I have to say customer service 15n out of 10n, Nothing was a problem or made me feel uncomfortable, as a newly lady in a wheelchair I found out its very hard to get the service I need, and not to make me feel like ( or looked at I'm a headache) which is very important to me as I'm an independent person ( well I try to). Thank you so much for your EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! I really can't thank you enough how much it means to me to know, someone actually CARE!! Which is a big word to me."
